Stucco Profiles

Fry Reglet Stucco Profiles provide a modern aesthetic for traditional 3/4” exterior stucco applications. Integrated with 3/16” return flanges, our profiles provide a screed for the stucco, while ensuring the proper stucco thickness. Our custom curving capabilities, design and fabrication of custom profiles, and factory-welded intersections provide a variety of design possibilities and simple, precise installation. With finishes ranging from clear anodized to standard and custom-matched powder coat paint, our Stucco Profiles can be finished for a wide range of color palettes.

Fry Reglet Powder Coat Paint provides durability and beauty for interior and exterior applications. Powder Coat Paint is available in all our standard colors or can be custom-matched to any color.

Chem Film

Chemical Conversion Coating (Chem Film) is a multi-step cleaning and metal preparation process. It cleans the aluminum and acts as a protective coating until field-applied primer and paint is added.

Clear Anodized

Anodizing is an electrochemical process in which the aluminum is immersed in an acid solution through which electric current is passed. Although a natural oxidation process commences when bare unfinished aluminum is exposed to air, producing the oxide film artificially creates a film that is thicker, harder, and more durable.

Clear anodized is our standard finish.

Curving

From a CAD drawing to our roll forming equipment, our curving process allows for profiles to hold their shape. Fry Reglet's curved profiles can add dramatic effects to any project.

Intersections

Factory-fabricated intersections and corner pieces of the same or different profiles are used to connect horizontal and vertical joints as well as transitions from plane to plane. Standard leg lengths are 6”.

Venting

Varying sizes and frequency of slots within our profiles allow for venting. In our family of profiles, those that can be vented are identified with a “V” in the center of the product number.
